Omer Ashkenazy — Founder & Creator of HAVEN
Omer Ashkenazy, 41, from Sderot, is a retired police officer and disabled veteran who turned a personal journey of injury, recovery, and resilience into the foundation of HAVEN. With an M.A. in Clinical Criminology and years of trauma-aware work, his path has always focused on understanding people, protecting them, and building systems that support them before life becomes overwhelming.
HAVEN is the culmination of that mission.
Omer designs HAVEN as both a scientist and a builder — blending behavioral science, human-centered design, trauma-aware thinking, and advanced AI. His goal is simple: to create a calm, private space where people can understand the small shifts in their daily lives without labels, judgment, or pressure.
Every layer of HAVEN is shaped with care, dignity, and strong privacy principles, guided by a deep respect for human wellbeing.

Tali Avitan — Co-Founder, VP of Operations
Tali Avitan, 48, serves as Co-Founder and VP of Operations at HAVEN. She oversees the logistical, operational, and strategic backbone of the company — ensuring that everything built is aligned, organized, and moving forward clearly and ethically.
Tali works closely with Omer on long-term strategy, planning, and translating HAVEN’s mission into structured, practical steps. She identifies opportunities, guides operational processes, and ensures thoughtful, effective decision-making throughout HAVEN’s development.
She also manages budgets and resources, leads and mentors teams, and builds a culture of accountability, collaboration, and care. Tali develops partnerships, engages stakeholders, and connects with communities who believe in HAVEN’s vision.
